Through pre-scheduled one-to-one B2B meetings, participants can efficiently identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships and connect with qualified professionals from the construction, infrastructure, building materials and renewable energy sectors.

Once you Book Your Space or Register to Visit, you'll receive access to Match Gate and can begin scheduling meetings before the exhibition opens.

Learn how to use Match Gate, Project Lebanon's B2B Matchmaking Platform, to connect with the right business partners. Follow this step-by-step tutorial to maximize your meetings and networking opportunities:

 

Step 1 – Set Your Availability

Select B2B Meetings from the main menu and define your available meeting schedule.

Step 2 – Complete Your Company Profile

Go to Edit Profile and complete your company information.

Tips:

• Add detailed product and service profiles to improve your visibility.
• Upload your company logo or profile image to attract more business partners.

Step 3 – Find Exhibitors & Visitors

Browse the list of exhibitors and visitors using the search function.

You can filter participants by:

• Company
• Country
• Industry
• Profile

Step 4 – Manage Your Meetings

Review your meeting calendar from the B2B Meetings section.

You can:

• Accept meeting requests
• Decline requests
• Print or save your meeting schedule

Please note: Meetings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a meeting request is declined, it cannot be submitted again.

Step 5 – Connect Before the Exhibition

Use the Messaging feature to communicate directly with exhibitors and visitors, arrange discussions in advance and maximize your networking opportunities during Project Lebanon 2026.
