The free B2B Matchmaking Service is the most effective tool to directly meet qualified buyers, distributors, and decision-makers. One-on-one meetings can be held in a designated area or at your exhibitor stand at the venue.
After you book your exhibition stand or register your visit you are granted access to the B2B Matchmaking Platform.
Already an exhibitor? You can access the Platform with your exhibition manual credentials.
Here's how the Platform works and how to make the most of it:
Learn how to use the Project Lebanon 2026 B2B Matchmaking Platform to connect with the right business partners. Follow this step-by-step tutorial to maximize your meetings and networking opportunities:
Step 1: Set Your Availability
- Select B2B Meetings from the main menu to set your schedule.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
- Go to Edit Profile and complete your company's details.
Tip #1: Add as many product profiles as possible to find the right partners.
Tip #2: Upload a company logo or profile picture to increase visibility.
Step 3: Explore Participants
- Select Exhibitors and Visitors from the menu to view the full list.
Tip: Use the search bar to filter by company name, country, or profile type.
Step 4: Manage Your Meetings
- Go to B2B Meetings to manage your appointments and check your calendar.
Tip #1: Notify participants of your availability by Accepting or Rejecting meeting requests.
Tip #2: Print or save your meeting calendar for easy reference.
Notice: Meetings are assigned on a first-come, first-booked basis. If a company declines a meeting, you cannot request again.
Step 5: Use Messaging
- Contact any participant of interest via the Messaging option to arrange discussions in advance.
